Our Story

IKC (Integrated Knowledge Consulting) was founded on a simple belief: technology only matters when it delivers real, measurable business outcomes.

Many organisations pursue digital transformation, yet struggle after go-live—facing operational burden, low adoption, and results that fall short of expectations. Through years of hands-on delivery, we came to a clear conclusion: the challenge is rarely the technology itself, but how it is approached and executed.

So we changed the question.
Not "Which technology should we implement?"
But "What operational outcomes and business value must this technology deliver?"

IKC starts by deeply understanding our customers' problems and operational realities. We focus not on short-term implementations, but on designing solutions that continue to work long after deployment—solutions that teams can truly adopt, own, and operate with confidence.

Founded in New Zealand in 2007 (originally as Primoris), IKC has grown through long-term customer trust built on consistent, customer-centric delivery. In 2016, we rebranded as IKC to reflect our role as a modern digital transformation partner.

Today, we support customers across Australia, New Zealand, and Korea. Our journey began with HP solutions, evolved into over 10 years of enterprise consulting expertise in ServiceNow, and has since expanded to include Workato, OutSystems, and Halo—enabling faster, integrated, and scalable outcomes.
